Strategic Development Service

X2 Design offers a comprehensive strategic development service, covering all aspects of pre-project planning such as defining target audiences and objectives, defining constraints and opportunities, creating a project brief, creating a project plan, defining budgets and creating timelines and media plans.
Steps involved in Strategic Development:
1. Identify and understand the task
Identify the task at hand through an initial discussion with the client
• Identify and understand the audience
Identify and understand any relevant historical context/background to the task
• Identify and understand current climate (political/social/environmental).
2. Define objectives
• Identify and define task objectives
• Objectives should be specific, measurable and achievable and should include timelines.
3. Establish budget
Utilise X2 Design’s existing costing structure against the defined objectives.
4. Provide a return brief and costing proposal
Utilise X2 Design’s proposal template to supply an outline of all costs required to successfully
  complete a project.
