| Steps involved in Strategic Development: |
1. Identify and understand the task
• Identify the task at hand through an initial discussion with the client • Identify and understand the audience
• Identify and understand any relevant historical context/background to the task • Identify and understand current climate (political/social/environmental). |
2. Define objectives
• Identify and define task objectives
• Objectives should be specific, measurable and achievable and should include timelines. |
3. Establish budget
• Utilise X2 Design’s existing costing structure against the defined objectives. |
4. Provide a return brief and costing proposal
• Utilise X2 Design’s proposal template to supply an outline of all costs required to successfully
complete a project. |
