Compass Bearings’ new and existing client emails provide a regular touchpoint between Compass, its existing customers, and potential customers. The monthly emails provide the latest information on hard-to-find products and their availability, as well as encouraging customers to sign up and search the product database directly. The mailing database was built from an existing client list and continues to grow with email sign-ups from the Compass Bearings website sign-up forms.
